London City Airport is committed to processing passengers as quickly as possible. To help with security clearance passengers are requested to keep cabin baggage to a minimum.
BA passengers travelling to New York can check-in, with hand luggage, 15 minutes before the flight is due to depart. For all other passengers your airline will be able to confirm latest check-in times.

Check-in desks are located on the ground floor of the terminal concourse, on the right hand side as you enter.
We recommend that you check with your airline to see whether they offer online check in, allowing you to print your boarding card from the comfort of your own office or home.

Self-service check-in machines are available in the terminal for British Airways, Lufthansa, SAS and Air France passengers with hand baggage only.
Passengers can check-in for flights with Alitalia, Air Southwest, Aer Arann, Luxair, KLM and SWISS. CUSS machines are available in the terminal concourse.
