London City Airport’s Work Experience Scheme runs 48 weeks a year. The week-long placements are offered to students aged over sixteen years old studying a travel industry related course. Priority is given to students living in the London Borough of Newham.

During the week students gain an insight into all aspects of the airport’s business, working in a variety of departments including Airfield Operations, Business Development, Customer Service and Corporate Aviation.
